In the PCS Jr Developer Program, get taught by experienced teachers that make it their mission to care. For $95 per month, our courses come with:
- Weekly live instruction and support on Saturdays
- 24-hour access to class material
- Make up class time from Monday-Wednesday if Saturdays are missed or unavailable

What will be taught during the first course?
All students in our program start their journey in our coding foundations course. In this course, we teach students:
Code Interpretation: The foundational structure of all programming languages
Computer Navigation: Basic command line
Collaboration: How to collaborate using industry technologies like GitHub
Problem Solving: Foundational problem-solving and research skills used in software development
Software Development Tools: A deep dive into the IDE’s and tools used to create software like Visual Studio Code
Research Skills: Foundational knowledge needed to research and find answers to questions, including what websites to avoid
Pro Tips: Tips and tricks on how to understand and read developer documentation

What age groups is the program for?

How much does the program cost?
The cost for our weekly live Saturday classes is $95 per month.

How long are our classes?
Our program is set up with several courses that are two to three months long. Because these courses are self-paced, students can complete the materials in the class as quickly or as slowly as they need.

What type of computer does my child need?
Your child will need a computer that has a Windows, Mac, or Linux operating system. Chromebooks and Android or iOS tablets will not work for this course.
